FILEY BEACH AND BRIGG FROM THE AIR.

I went out last Sunday morning and did a bit of filming on Filey Brigg.

 

Here is a film I have put together of the morning.

 

When I watch it on my computer, the quality is pin sharp. When I watch it on Youtube it is not as good.

 

Does anyone know how I can change this.

 

Anyway here is the film and I hope you like it.

 

Oh Yes. Plenty of parking for Westfield's with toilets and chip shops.

you can change the quality of you tube videos by clicking on the cog at the bottom of the video and settign the quality plays at 720p60fps on mine

great viedos makles me want a drone but i dunno what id use it for

I bought a drone because I do like taking pictures, but I also wanted ....well hoped that it would make me go to different places that I would not normally go to and open up another interest. 

 

You may find that it opens up other areas of interest for you perhaps.

Probably 45 years since I've been to Filey, in fact i don't remember it well, and I'm sure it never looked that nice in the rain on an Easter Sunday.

Well actually there is parking about 5 minutes walk from where I am stood on the beach with toilets and a cafe.

 

There are also toilets and little kiosks for chips and burgers along the beach.

 

It really is a lovely place and its also fantastic in rough weather.

 

You just need to watch the tide tables.

 

I used to hate Filey but the older I get the more lovely I find the place.

Thanks for the nice comments Derek.

I cannot believe they would fly by an airport.

My drone knows where is is and if near airports or restricted areas then it will not power up.

While you can change the YouTube settings, you're always somewhat at the mercy of the compression and manipulation algorithms. SOmetimes, if you want to show really high quality stuff with the least "fiddling with" by the host, it can be better to use one of the other hosting companies. I've used Vimeo a lot in the past, who are excellent! (Sorry, not done much with video for a year or two now, so a bit out of touch with the current scene!)
