(I posted this in here years ago, but lost track of the photos until very recently.  Bear in mind it was first published in 1974, although not necessarily with these words.  This is just meant as a bit of humour, some gentle satire, all tongue-in-cheek fun, and is in no way meant to be detrimental towards the police force or its members in any way, so please don't take offense...oh all right officer, I'll come quietly.)

Despite rumours to the contrary, the Captain is not dead but merely sleeping - he will awaken again at some point in the future, much to the horror of several I could name.
