Narrow body bonnet wanted

As per title, looking to get a bonnet in reasonable condition.  Colour immaterial.

I have 2 spare bonnets for narrow, what are your plans?

Timmay, I may take one of these off your hands (obviously giving Ralph first refusal!). What sort of condition are they? Any cutouts etc?

I was planning on keeping them as spares, didn't know if somebody was planning a mould or wanted for test fitting etc. I can't actually recall the condition, but definitely not pristine! One was used as the basis for a mould but not sure if it was ever taken. If has cut outs filled in, I think the other still has cut outs.

These are like rocking horse doo doo so wanted to hold onto them, but happy to lend etc if anybody wants to use for checking or making new etc.

Just a cauctionary note chaps but be aware that there are two different types of narrow bonnet, those designed for the lowline nosecone and the other for the high-line nose. These are not interchangable.see the FAQ to work out which you have.

Replacement narrow "standard" body high-line bodywork is still available new from the factory, they no longer have lowline as i understand that the moulds reached their serviceable end and were disposed of.

My plans are to replace the existing one, for obvious reasons...

So looking at the guide I think I'm looking for a high-line bonnet.

I've now got the rest of the bodywork sorted so it's just a narrow (high-line) bonnet needed and I'm itching to get the car finished.

I'm ideally looking for second-hand though, that one would suck up all my funds to get the car finished.
