Julie Hall - WSCC AO Representative
Meet at The Wheatsheaf, Baslow 11.30am. The beam engine at Middleton Top will be operating from 1pm so we will take a route that avoids Matlock and the tourist roads and aim to be there for then. I will not have access to the internet from Sat 19th until Sat 26th March but please do not be put off by my lack of response, keep calm and carry on, I will catch up. All left over Easter Eggs are welcome as are their owners. Edited - now meeting at 11.30am.

Julie Hall - WSCC AO Representative
We have returned from our holiday and Glen's other favourite weather forecaster, the lovely Lucy Verasamy, seems to be making a right pigs ear of this Bank Holiday weather jobby. The good news is that we will be able to drive straight through Matlock Bath unhindered, so as we will be driving straight there we may as well meet up 1 hour later at 11.30 am, still at The Wheatsheaf. The beam engine operates from 1pm - 4.30pm so we can have a spot of lunch before going there. Russ, just press the central heating button , you work too hard to spend your weekends chopping wood when you have an amazing hobby sat in your garage. Although I can't blame you for coming in that luxurious Mazda this time.

Julie Hall - WSCC AO Representative
Excuse me while I just back track on my words. I have just seen the local weather forecast and it says any morning rain is quickly clearing east to leave a bright afternoon. That will do for us, we are going in the Westfield.
