Sadly I’m selling my C20XE package off in parts.  I had a bolt loosen up in my air box and get sucked in on start up following lunch on my second track day after I had it rebuilt by Steve Milton and upgraded to a dry sump kit. Sadly it has ruined the head and damaged a piston, pushing me to the decision to go turbo route as my next project.

Caterham Carbon Air Filter Cover – designed to reduce induction noise. £250

Caterham R500 H Box 6 speed and spacer (so you can use a standard type 9 bellhousing) – In Perfect working order £1200 SOLD

 

SBD type c Vauxhall XE Manifold – renown to be one of the best manifolds ever made to release power and no longer in production. £500 SOLD

 

Custom Wunoff repackable exhaust silencer and straps have only been used on  5 track days. £250 or complete package with Manifold and I will through in a gasket. £700 SOLD

 

MBE 9A4 ECU and custom loom from SBD purchased on 05/06/15 so still under warranty.  £750

 

TTV lightweight flywheel like new has done less than 200 miles/2trackdays  £125 SOLD

 

Uprated clutch Gp1AP plate (200 bhp, high friction material and stronger hub springs) has done 2 track days so still looks like new. £75 SOLD

 

SBD 220 Vauxhall 20xe Camshaft (requires pocket pistons) I’ve been very impressed with these. I had them dialled in early with more torque in mind. Made just over 200BHP and 175Ftlb of Torque at Track and Road. £175

 

Set off Williams C20XE forged conrods with ARP 2000 Bolts.  £125 SOLD

5” SBD Cleanable Tank

External trigger wheel with alternator, round tooth cambelt pulley and SBD sensor. Sensor is made for the connection on the sump.

Rocker cover which has been capped. Will be repainted before shipped.

And engine block blanking kit.

 

This complete kit cost well over £2500 and is ready to fit, as long as its fitted on the exhaust side and the tank connects to passengers footwell, the hoses should fit. Again have only been used for 2 track days.
