PICTURES ADDED 28/3/16 Coleford Carnival of Transport

FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW A FEW LOCAL MEMBERS HAVE EXHIBITED AT COLEFORD CARNIVAL OF TRANSPORT .

 

THIS YEAR THE LOTUS CLUB WAS DUE TO BE PUTTING A DISPLAY IN THE CENTRE , THEY HAVE NOW PULLED OUT .

 

SUBSEQUENTLY THE WSCC (COTSWOLDS AREA)  ARE NOW STEPPING IN AND WE HAVE A FEW LOCAL MEMBERS , WE NEED IDEALLY A MINIMUM OF 10 CARS 12 WOULD BE BETTER , WE ARE CLOSE TO THAT BUT NEED YOU SUPPORT , COULD ANYONE LIKE TO COME ALONG FOR A GREAT DAY OUT .

THERE IS A PRESS DAY ON THE 19TH OF MARCH TOO IF ANYONE FANCIES DISPLAYING THEIR CAR AND HAVING SOME PHOTO'S TAKEN OF IT .

UNFORTUNATELY MY CAR IS NEARING COMPLETION BUT NOT QUITE THERE .

It was difficult getting shots with 'numbtees' constantly walking in front of camera, hence not many full car shots and none of full bike.

Sorry I missed you earlier David , its been a hectic day or two : had a battery problem last night with the car , luckily a local member had a spare so still made it . 

 

We even met a local chap who I didn't know before who took us back to his house local to the show and showed us his garage full of Lotus's ( 6 of ! ) . He had even filled in the indoor swimming pool and made the lounge smaller to get all the cars in !!
