If you were looking for a company that could develop and make you a low volume electric car, how many could do it for you? Especially if you wanted to keep it within the UK to make coordination between the different system contractors easier. Some might not be interested due to the low volumes, others might not have the skills. I think the list is short and the opportunity for Westfield to sign an advantageous contract is good. Forget about the computing and sensor goodies for the self driving bit. That is being handled by something else. Simon Waterfall Syman84 Posted February 2, 2016 Share Posted February 2, 2016 I have been working on the roads infrastructure around Coventry for the design of the power and comms on this. the route is basically from Mira to Gaydon to the heritage museum via A5,M69, A46 and M40.
