Deleting images from gallery

I am trying to remove some image from an album in my 'gallery' on the site at it appears with 45 images I have hit my limit!

 

I can remove a whole album, but I cant see how you remove a single image from a gallery.

 

 

Help!!

I've just had a look at this as never tried it myself.

Open the album and you'll see that each of the pictures will have a small square in the top corner. If you tick this box a small dialogue will appear in the bottom right corner of your screen, one of the options being to delete the selected images.

Do you have more rights than I do? 

 

I am on a win7 desktop using chrome, rather than iPad, but do not get that box at all.

yes, I have admin access.

I don't have any involvement the software side of things though so wouldn't know what I can see that you can't.

ok, I've had a look backstage and your login doesn't allow you to delete the images like I can but there seems to be another way.

First click edit the edit button here:

And then in the list of images there's a check box under each image that you can check for deletion

Well I have removed a load, and still cannot upload any more as it says I am out of space....?

Not sure what you're doing wrong - I just logged in as you and it let me upload a photo and then delete it again without issue - certainly didn't get that message, either.

 

To clarify for all:

 

> Each member can have 3 separate albums

> Each album can hold a maximum of 40 photos

> So total number of photos you can have is 120

> Maximum photo file size is 1Mb

> Maximum daily upload limit to your Gallery is 20Mb

> You MUST create an album in your Gallery, and you MUST place your photo into an album, or it won't accept it.

I just logged in as you and it let me upload a photo and then delete it again without issue.

Very odd, maybe it just needed some time to get over itself? 

 

They appear fairly restrictive limits to me, but equally I should be under them as you say.

 

I will try again in due course.
