Kevin (Mr T)
Posted in Stuff & Nonsense by mistake and don't know how to delete it! Anyway, to repeat myself: Can anyone suggest where I could go and pick up a tool and some rivnuts? Want to get one today, so that I can do a couple of jobs tomorrow! Terryathome
Don't buy tool, make one. Don't know where in Essex you could get the nuts from but someone will know, even lend you some if desperate for today. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AfQIYLSKGwI&index=2&list=LLVNV5MyfWB3jdONIK7j3jBw
darve
Good fasteners place on Manor Trading estate in benfleet. Pretty sure I've bought rivnuts from them before. Worth a call first to check
tisme
Unless someone has one locally they can lend you then you may struggle for tomorrow - you could try Amazon with an express next day delivery (but it'll cost you !!) http://www.amazon.co.uk/Laser-0979-Nut-Riveter-Rivets/dp/B0012MEK24/ref=pd_cp_60_3?ie=UTF8&refRID=0S7TYTKTGJY18M17PW1N Machine Mart do them but I think nearest ones to you are Southend or Ilford

Andy2000
I saw these at Stoneleigh a few years ago and bought the tool at a show discounted price. Not cheap but it seemed to be very well made and is easy to use. They also sell the rivnuts too. http://www.memfast.co.uk
