A new way of travelling.

Had my first ride, in 40 years, on one of those big trucks with lots of seats in it yesterday.   Went with a friend who gave me instruction on how to use this card and a bus. Nice of HM Gov. to think of us oldies and provide us with a means of travelling to the pub, door to door for free and not to worry about Drink Driving laws.   Was a little adventure and we are going to do this again many times. Thoroughly enjoyed myself.   IMG_20160105_0001_zpshnfrzfpp.jpg

Haven\t tried that yet, is it good?

Your right, have grown up a bit since the photo was taken.

Also keen to spend my Winter Fuel Allowance on a trackday :yellow-westy: in February, that is what it's for I guess?

I trust the expiry date applies to the bus pass and not to you!

Except Harry Corbett is no more, shuffled off this mortal coil, expired, deceased... :p

I'd like to know where all my hair has gone, sure I have more than that.

I have one of those and on the odd occasion that I've used it waiting in the cold some twenty minutes for a bus it seems to me that a car, ANY car no matter how small and humble, is better than damned public transport! :bangshead:

You have to check the bus timetable so you don't wait too long. All part of my pensioner training.
