1999 English axle Westy new owner needing wheel advice.

I have just bought a sew 1999 I'm wanting to change the wheels. It's the old bodywork and has the English axle on the rear.

I am looking for new 13" wheels but want to know what I can get away with under the old bodywork and offsets please.
