carbon-nv Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 Hi all I have for sale a second quality carbon dash panel to suit a Widebody This was returned by a customer, as the carrier managed to damage it in transit. The damage consisted of a three inch crack from the edge of the bottom lip, near the centre of the dash. I'm guessing that something heavy was dropped on it or maybe the package was stepped on It has been painstakingly repaired, with epoxy to fill the crack and additional carbon fibre layed behind it for reinforcement. After flatting and polishing, the crack is close to invisible and I don't think anyone would even know it was there unless it was pointed out to them, so cosmetically it will look great when fitted This one is made from four layers of 200g carbon and comes with the usual UV-resistant coating and is carbon fibre all the way around the IVA-friendly bottom lip £85 including delivery Thanks for looking Mark
