jonjh1964 Posted November 7, 2015 Share Posted November 7, 2015 The Dorset Area have a stand in the kit car hall, lots of interest today and the won a rosette from Kit Car Magazine for "most visited" stand - they'll be there tomorrow too. jonjh1964 Posted November 8, 2015 Share Posted November 8, 2015 Reasonably busy when you consider the amount of rain there was - a nice mix of cars on display (the fairly liberal interpretation of "classic" allowing 70s/80s cars and kits) and specialist suppliers plus the usual tools/motor related stalls, much better than the last Exeter Kit Car show that I went to. I was also at the last Exeter show it was terrible! Let's hope that they can build on this for the future we need it in the south west. I think the weather is going to be a bit kinder today! Dorset Area had a good display which included a track Westy being developed with a Jaguar V6 engine? Bristol Kit Car Club (BKCC) also had a good display as did the Apple County Kit Car club. Complete Kit Car who instigated the kit car hall had a stand. I spoke to Ian Stent who said they just invited kit car clubs this year to see how it goes with a view to including manufacturers next year if its successful.
