The Dorset Area have a stand in the kit car hall, lots of interest today and the won a rosette from Kit Car Magazine for "most visited" stand - they'll be there tomorrow too.

Also a few Westfields on the Bristol Kit Car Club.

That's great I'll make sure we say hello to the Dorset boys tomorrow. Was it very busy today?

Reasonably busy when you consider the amount of rain there was - a nice mix of cars on display (the fairly liberal interpretation of "classic" allowing 70s/80s cars and kits) and specialist suppliers plus the usual tools/motor related stalls, much better than the last Exeter Kit Car show that I went to.  Unfortunately family commitments means I won't be there again today.

We will be arriving about 11:00am, the Groupon tickets are for entry after that time.

I was also at the last Exeter show it was terrible! Let's hope that they can build on this for the future we need it in the south west. I think the weather is going to be a bit kinder today!

Had a great day at the show with a good variety of classics and kit cars. Dorset Area had a good display which included a track Westy being developed with a Jaguar V6 engine? Bristol Kit Car Club (BKCC) also had a good display as did the Apple County Kit Car club.

Complete Kit Car who instigated the kit car hall had a stand. I spoke to Ian Stent who said they just invited kit car clubs this year to see how it goes with a view to including manufacturers next year if its successful. It seemed pretty busy today so hopefully it will become a permanent date in the kit car show calendar.
