Jonah
I sold my Westfield recently and cancelled the insurance with A-PLAN about 3 weeks ago with approx 5 months left to run. I was told I would get a confirmation letter and that their finance dept would sort out the refund to my card. After 3 weeks i phoned to get an update only to be told that there was no refund due as no refund given on that policy after 120 days. Its not a lot of money but I was not made aware of this and did not notice it in the small print. Not very happy with A-PLAN and felt I should make others aware. If insured via A-PLAN HIGHWAY insurance the information re cancellation is the on page 42 last page but 1 of the guide to cover booklet.
bigals
Yes frank pickles and Adrian flux had the same policy when I used them in the past . I think it's Standard for low value/specialist premiums? It's a bit annoying if your not aware, I think All the kit car specialists tend to get you on and off the phone as quickly as possible as the margins are small, worth reading the small print on your insurance as things do change from year to year
