Hi. I have a colleague in work who is selling his bike and interested in a Westy at exactly your price. I will be pointing him at this forum and suggest he talks to you!

Thanks Nicks.  I have posted some pictures and will take some more tomorrow under the bonnet and cockpit when it stops raining!

That seems to be a very reasonable price.

The car is now SOLD.  It is on it's way to Italy, being driven back - what a journey and top marks to the Buyer!!

Pity to see it go, but I will at Dalton Barrack tomorrow with my new toy which softens the blow..... :)

Well done Simon

Where else did you advertise it?

It also went on to Pistonheads.  I had a few enquiries including one from France.  According to the buyer (a Milan based dealer of specialised cars) the buyers want a car for driving around the lakes and mountains of Northern Italy in the good weather, rather than track days.
