CraigHew
First review of the Ultima Evolution is in the October CKC mag. It appears to be staggering in all respects.... The price: a cool £120k (although lesser spec models reduce in price)The engine: 6.8litre supercharged V8 The Power: 1020bhp and 920ft lb torque Speed stats: 0 to (60 in 2.3) (100 in 4.9) (150 in 8.9) seconds You can, apparently, build any model yourself at home including the top spec one above.........Blimey

XTR2Turbo
I think they missed an opportunity to update the bodywork which now looks too - how shall I say - 'Kit car' quality. At this price it needs more detail and aero design. I'd rather it look more like a current LMP car for example Had a look around BAC Mono today and those things are stunning design in comparison.
Cleggy the Spyder Man
I have always thought that the thought of owning one of these machines is better than the actual reality Only in my opinion - but too fast, too many low edges, goldfish bowl window and poor visibility - would I own one ? Yes please :-)

I agree, also I have heard that their handling isn't that great which is a real shame given that the power put into them is continuing to increase to crazy levels for the road. Noble who originally designed them has of course moved on to greater things.
John K
Sounds potentially epic, but I do wonder about the safety of the combination of up to 1,000 bhp and a self build. Or even a factory build. Things have to be bob on when playing in the big league...
Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman
I suspect the Venn diagram of people who decide they want that sort of power, to build it themselves, to not buy a big name super car and to be able to afford the price tag is small enough to not be a huge worry!
