Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) Posted September 11, 2015 Posted September 11, 2015 First off an apology, if anyone has been awaiting an email reply or response from me over the past month or so. i use my businesses Exchange server for sending and receiving mail, wherever I am, and for all my different club, personal and work email addresses. We use a Smart Host SMTP service to send out through. There's been one or two email addresses that we just seem unable to send too for a few years now, but we knew who they were and had work a rounds in place. We didn't know where the messages were getting lost, but it was outside our mail system. Over the past few weeks, perhaps a month though, it's started to be apparent that more messages weren't getting through, how many I don't know, it might be half a dozen, it might be dozens. The Smart Hosting company are on it now, and we already have been able to send to the ones we knew we definitely couldn't! Wahay, I can email Andrew Reeves directly now, without using Hotmail! However, I don't know how many were affected, and I'm loath to just bulk re-send a months worth of messages! So if you were expecting a reply that never came, can you let me know please and I'll resend. Or if you suddenly get a message from me that you've already had, don't panic, I've not gone mad, and it's not a virus, just our hosting company and U.S. Getting the system working again. Dave Quote
