Feet first

Hi,

New member here from Leicestershire. I have wanted a 7 type car for ages and finally jumped in and bought an XE engined SEiW. Its perfectly usable as is but I'm already planning a few improvements, both functional and cosmetic. Looking forward making it my own ..... hopefully I can get it all done.

Look forward to being part of the club - cheers Steve

Edited to add pics to first post.

Thinking about upgrades and the like, I would appreciate people's opinions and advice.

13" black compomotive wheels with 888's or similar

HiSpec Ultralite 4's and mintex 1144

Quick Rack

Wide Track Front

JK Seats bolted direct

Carbon dash new switches

Digi dash

Maybe cams, ARP bolts

Engine map and geo setup somewhere

It is a 1998 SEiW, the current wheels are ET15 and looks like detachable rear arches. It already has a BGH E6 box which seems suited to the car and recent AVO alloys shocks. I'm also thinking maybe I should have the body off over the winter and have a proper look at everything underneath?

Welcome and +1 for the colour!

As you are local to use I hope to see you out in the near future. Derby and Notts meeting at the clock, shardlow, last Thursday of the month. Maybe join us on one of our regular runs out in the Peak District with the Peak District area.
