RIDE TO THE DALES @ BUTTERTUBS PASS & TAN HILL. SATURDAY 29TH AUGUST

Geoffrey Carter (Buttercup)

Recommended Posts

Hello.

On Saturday 29th August, We are going to go over to Summer bridge from Scarborough and then head up to Hawes and hopefully get dinner in the Tan Hill pub.

From there I have no idea but was going to have a drive round to look for some new roads that we have not been on.

Would anyone like to come.

Cheers.

Thanks for the replies men.

I have a few runs still planned over the next few weeks.

Going back over to the lakes to try some of the previysuggested routes and also going over to Blackpool for the illuminations.

Would be great if you could join us. Happy to plan it for a weekend when you are available

Oh the shame.

Can you guess who is on the back of a recovery truck

Sat at a roundabout and car stopped and would not start.

In garage now waiting for a mechanic.

Hi Craig.

No idea as yet. Hope it's an easy fix. Will update when I find out.

Do you have an inertia switch fitted? You wouldn't be the first to go over a bump or something and coast to a stop.. Somewhere at the rear of the car, under the boot box perhaps?

Hello Andrew.

Thanks for the advice. The mechanic seems to think it is my 2 month old Nodiz engine management.

He says it is not telling the car to spark. He has tested all the wiring and it's all ok and the engine is getting fuel.
