They've been doing it for years, without a boat strapped to the bottom of the bike, I remember watching Crusty Demons of Dirt in the late 90s where they were riding across lakes. Robbie Maddison's one of these riders that takes it to another level and has the huge marketing machine of DC Shoes to take it to the masses.
