Quinten
what has happened to that? No oil filler cap!!!!! and a melted rubber pipe ( breather?) What happening INIT Well... I really don't know what has happened... All I can do is speculate, and in that scenario, the cap popped off (but why?!?) and landed on the exhaust manifold causing mayhem and molten plastic. Oil spray everywhere :/ Can't even say when it happened, only that it must have been in the past 2 weeks. Have ordered a new cap and then will fabricate some kind of anti-pop-off mechanism, much like a champagne cork...

B.RAD
Hi Q, if you're using the filler cap as a breather you need to pull all that wire mesh out, it gets clogged and causes this when pressure builds.
Quinten
Really? Well, that would certainly explain then why it popped with no-where to go. I'll rip it out of the replacement
