My, blue is the popular colour this weekend isn't it? (Ian's car yesterday was blue too)

We briefly met Dave, who dropped a banner off for me, before we went to the car show, in a bid to at least get there and look at some cars before it started to rain.

Sorry we could not talk for longer, damn weather. I hope it was worthwhile and you got home dry.

We got to the show and put the roofs on straight away, knowing what was coming.

Julie's dream vehicle, a soft top in the snow, just imagine how much fun that would be. Just need to save up about £30K.

It was a fairly good turnout, but I suppose a lot of classics are a bit more watertight than a Westie. Emma joined us later in the tin top, after leaving last night's hen party, so well done girl for your dedication. You looked so fresh on a hangover, do tell me your secret one day.

We discussed the possiblity of using the Wheatsheaf at Baslow as a future meeting place and it was another thumbs up.

At 12.00 it started to spit with rain and that was our signal to leave. Today was short and sweet but we did it, better than defrosting the freezer, oh that reminds me......

Look out for next Sunday, it's the Cromford Steam Rally, not to be missed.

A nice run out today, even if a bit moist at the end! - Just about got through Buxton when it started raining, called in at the Cat and Fiddle to put the roof up and grab a coffee. Then on home in heavy rain.

Glad you managed to get to see some of the show before the rain arrived!

Well done Julie, I'm glad you made the rain stay away that long! It was pouring down at our place by 10am!
