TAFKARM
I think it's time to finally admit that my Westie is a 'trackday car' and remove the tunnel carpet. I don't want to go carbon fibre, or wrap it in di noc, so I was thinking of painting it plain black. Give me some inspiration...?

dave_t
I pulled all the carpets out of mine, and last winter painted all the interior panels (except the floor footwell panels) satin black.

Marto303
No carpets here either, but I do need to remove some of this other stuff to get the weight down
Valentinik
Russ, if you're interested i had my tunnel top panels powder coated satin black but i've decided to go with carbon fibre instead. They're all still in the bubble wrap from the powder coaters and haven't been drilled. Mike

dave_t
Thanks Russ. I'm happy with it. Seems to be wearing ok, as well.
SootySport
Covering in Di Noc was a time consuming job on mine. I had to remove all the carpet glue and drill out most of the rivets to fit countersunk versions, before it could be Dinoced. Took two of us a week to do it all. If you can't remember what mine looks like, here it is- [/url]">http://
