The times I rang them I never bothered to get names, but could tell by their voices as to who it was. The level of pro activeness and customer service was so good with some of the girls, and then some really wasn't, I almost thought about hanging up and trying again, when I heard a certain voice. But to be fair she was the one that gave me the reg in the end. Quote
