Mr Grumpy is very nearly ready for his MoT and whilst I understand I can drive without one to a pre-booked appointment, how do I do the Tax? I'm pretty sure a MoT is a pre-req for getting the Tax, but with no Tax I can't drive to the MoT - seems I am in a bit of a Catch 22...
