I was looking out for it too, but no sign.

 

Though somewhat randomly, earlier in the week a Spitfire and (possibly) Hurricane went over in formation.

If I am sat here squeaking about how great these pictures are I can imagine to actually be there was amazing. I am glad you managed to see it. The pictures are very, very good and you are so kind for bothering to share them with us.

 

See, you picked one other car up, keep plugging away at it. Don't take it personal if no-one turns up, especially where you are.

 

I am just thinking about you and Carol because we are packing to go walking in the Lake District tomorrow. Golly I am being very ruthless with what is going in the boot bag.

Morning Julie. The Vulcan was brilliantly noisey and was greT to see over the bay. Few near scraps though over parking bays as was very busy.

You have picked a great day to go walking. I passed Chesterfield at 5.00am and the sun was shining and absolutely glorious.

Rather be with you in the lakes than going to work.
