Wide track rack extender covers for IVA?

Can anybody recommend suitable covers for the wide track steering rack extenders for IVA?

 

I have seen some on various sites (the cable gland type) but some are short some are long and I'd prefer to find some that I know will fit properly.

You could buy some heatshrink and use those covers ^^^ too.
