I was watching Mighty car mods on youtube.

They are a pair of Aussies that mess around with cars and take the P***

I reckon they would be dangerous to just stick on the callipers, quite likely to come loose and get wedged in between the pad and disc  area.  Should be re-named  'Ditchfinder Specials'
