B.RAD
First time out on a trackday after the new build (did the Rockingham sprint but not had a proper thrash yet!). Great to have company from Keith and Graham on the day and to meet Nigel too. Very quiet, not many cars there so lots of available track time and the weather was simply stunning. Unfortunately I was finding the car running very hot and coupled with a leak from the rear crank oil seal and the o/s rear axle half shaft seal, my 'on track' time was limited to a few laps. That meant just as i was getting into it, having to come off to allow the car cooling time. Got to play with the new Gopro though, purchased via AdamR on here (thanks for the support Adam!) - here's a vid from one of the sessions: I now can't wait for the WSCC sprint in July!

The video is much better, makes such a difference. Blimey that fuel pump is loud! Car looks fast... It is ridiculously loud!! That's what you get for something that costs a third of the Bosch one I guess. I was surprised how much you can hear the straight cut gears, I barely notice them in the car but on the video it's all you can hear (after the fuel pump!). I'm looking forward to the Duratec vs XE comparison, coming at a trackday soon...
TAFKARM
Best you use a rear facing camera then.
