D7PNY Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 I love speed but that to me is just bonkers. Running a knife edge there really! Slightest mistake and you're done for would take the fun out of it for me! Fair play to these guys for the level of skill and size of manhood though! Dave Quote
Stuart Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 Stuart link still working for me on my phone Thanks Andy must have been taken down temporarily. Not sure if it's big balls or loose screws - probably a bit of both Quote
Nemesis Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 The Pre-Flight Checklist must read a bit like this: Fear Mode set to OFF. Last Will and Testament: Signed Unhinged Mode set to: ON GO...... They are without a doubt the the most deranged loons on the planet..... on a positive note the bikes are a credit to the mechanics who set them up, listening to the speed that the engine responds to throttle changes and seeing how hard the suspension works..... amazing. Stu Faulkner Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Have a look at the Macao motorcycle gp. There's even less room for error. Quote
jeff oakley Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 To me it is fantastic that there are still sports for men. We should celebrate their skill and bravery and yes their madness. We should also celebrate that at least in Ireland and the IOM they still have the guts to allow people the opportunity to do what they want even if it kills them. For how long who knows. 1 Quote
AidanPlace Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Can't wait for the first one. Cookstown in a couple of weeks, then Tandragee. 1 Quote
Jonk179 Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 Road racing is the best Motorsport bar none IMHO. First outing is next weekend at Olivers Mount Scarborough. A good friendly event and most of the top riders will be there. We are going as a mate of mine is running but gotta take the tin top, bah! Quote
