Julie Hall - WSCC AO Representative Posted March 29, 2015 Author Posted March 29, 2015 Dave, we have just watched the video back, Glen says my wipers are possessed by the devil and never do the same thing twice. Look into my eyes........ 3 Quote
Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman Posted March 29, 2015 Posted March 29, 2015 And there was me just thinking you'd got a portrait if the car hidden in your loft, a portrait that mysteriously shows it getting dirtier and dirtier the more you drive it. I hadn't realised you'd gone straight to the full on possessed machine! Though it would explain a lot. I love seeing Westfields getting used like this! (I hate all those "dry miles only" comments you see sometimes!) and you prove that you can have your cake and eat it, with both a car used all the time, and keeping it in concours condition! 1 Quote
Rory's Dad Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 What a great trip, great pictures and a great write up. you can have your cake and eat it, with both a car used all the time, and keeping it in concours condition! ...but I don't understand that Quote

Julie Hall - WSCC AO Representative Posted March 30, 2015 Author Posted March 30, 2015 Yes Trevor, I know what you are thinking, if it rains on the 25th April you have got to spend a day in Westfields with this nutcase no matter what, well for the morning anyway. The strange cow poo grassy muck has dried and I have been dusting it off the underneath of the car today. It gets a coat of WD40 tomorrow. I reckon it will take me until Saturday to get it back to clean, just in time for Lincoln. It's nice to know Martin and Dave approve, I feel a bit more normal now, I bet the others do too. Quote
bioman Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 Well thanks to my fellow "Traffic Light Members" . I read on the 25th March "Bioman" AKA Rich and Liz have very kindly agreed to lead us on a tyre route. Little did I know that two blown up inner tubes would have been more applicable wooo no more tears, there was enough water. The plan was to start at the Norfolk Arms and Wow couldn't believe the interest . Well Saturday, with the forecast obviously so wrong - several txt from Rickyboy 100 you up for it? Me and Julie are, I guess Julie had one" Are you up for it Julie"? Bioman is . 6.00am raining, perhaps the hood would be a good idea. Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo into the garage frame fitted, and hood on, well just about, (it is a WESTFIELD). 9.00am and its still raining, go on Forum AKA "Nutcase" his words not mine, ready for the off and Julie hood on (oh how we laughed & laughed an la........) got to stop the pain in the side still hurts. Oh Sides on! (what a Wus). Pictures come a second to the fab day we had. Thats's what having a Kit car is all about to "me". Review Lights out of sequence Lights in sequence Bioman going to slow, Julie decides to lead http://s1310.photobucket.com/user/bioman999/media/TUNNEL1_zpsngkxmv2f.jpg.html'> RICKYBOY100 about to go through the tunnel.
