s2rrr Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Beware of the plague if its the same place or was that a few years ago. Enjoy the run out, bit overcast at the moment. Lovely part of the world. Bob :d Quote
Geoffrey Carter (Buttercup) Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Morning. The plague was at Eyam. Quote
Martyn Vann - Warwickshire AO Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 We will be heading up to this meeting from Tamworth/Lichfield, probably via the A515. If anyone wants to join up with us we could arrange a suitable muster point or points according to your location. Quote
Geoffrey Carter (Buttercup) Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 If you get chance, look round the plague cottages and look at the dates of the people who dies that are over the doors. Lot of information in the church also. Would have been a lot worse if it was not for the vicar, William Mompesson who suused out about isolation. Quote
