Fuel tank for narrow body (fuel injected)

Hi,

I am after a fuel tank for a narrow body sei for a fuel injected setup. If there are none about, does anyone know where i can get one made at a resonable price in essex?.

Alloy Racing Fabrications (Not in Essex) produce a fuel tank for narrow bodied cars and can also manufacturer or modify to your requirements.

As an alternative, FBB just drilled a hole in the top front to bolt in a return pipe, gaining access via the fuel sender. Then just use the existing low pressure pump to feed a hp pump etc etc.

Hi Pete,

I had the original tank modified for the return pipe etc and all worked ok. The tank seems to have started sweating fuel or has a slight pin hole. I would get it repaired but when i bought the car the previous owner had moved the fuel pick up pipe to the bottom of the tank and also looks like a bit of a mess and makes the pipe quite low to the ground.
