I hope you've haven't forgotten to start your pre-event preparation program with less than two weeks to Rockingham  ???

 

High protein low fat diet
No Alcohol
Plenty of cardiovascular workouts
And defo NO rumpy pumpy two weeks before an event

 

Now I'm back off hols I can keep an eye on things   ;)  ;)  ;)
