Quinten Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 Being continental, °F means absolutely nothing to me, so although I've learned to 'ignore everything unless the needle goes past halfway', it would be nicer if I could actually read the gauge instead of some Pavlov reaction... So this thread is just to see if someone else is maybe more used to °F than °C and happens to have a VDO gauge just like mine!It is the same as the below one (stock image)
darve Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 Could you not just get the "picture" changed? Would bet the gauge itself is the same
Marto303 Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 I think I may have one Q, if I have it's at the workshop so Ill check first thing tomorrow for ya
Quinten Posted January 14, 2015 Author Posted January 14, 2015 Could you not just get the "picture" changed? Would bet the gauge itself is the same Contact etb instruments in Southend on Sea It's quite possible that that is possible, but I'm sure I've read that the gauges are not easy to open. Even so, where would you get a new print? I'll have a look at ETB and see what services they offer... I think I may have one Q, if I have it's at the workshop so Ill check first thing tomorrow for ya Oooh, fingers crossed! Cheers Martin
Quinten Posted January 19, 2015 Author Posted January 19, 2015 I forgot all about this and I still haven't got a proper picture... but a small bump won't hurt
