Done a while ago............should apply to a lot of other "hobbies,pass times,sports" for instance RC model flying, Clay Pigeon shooting, motoX

done   you get the same problem when they build new housing estates as "infill" right next to new ring roads they've just built - then these new residents want traffic calming measures, speed cameras, or preferably another bypass !!
