  from Essex.       Raw is the operative word here.    It's back to basics with RWD.    Just be careful in the cold conditions, traction is not what you will be used to.   Tyres are a very important part of a Westfields performance.

It's kind of a good time of year to be driving the car... I know that it will bite me at a moment's notice, so I am being extremely cautious. But I am finding that for some reason, the left rear is always the one to spin up first. Must be a tyre thing, nothing to do with 17 stone above the right rear!!

Have you got an LSD?

I am lead to believe it has an LSD, but till I get her on stands I won't know for sure. She feels like it, but being the first RWD I have driven, it's hard to tell.

Heavy right pedal always causes the left to step out first, but I dont lose forward drive. With the Megane, I feel the effects of LSD (so to speak!) much more... it is far more noticeable, but the LSD on that is a very sophisticated bit of kit.
