Thanks Tucky!

I actually prefer this combo to the factory built livery for the Jubilee... The factory version has black where I have silver, and silver where I have black.

Luvverly! Keep those pics coming :t-up:

Your desire for a less assisted driving experience were the same as mine, the Westfield sure does give you that! I bet you can't wait for some dry roads :d

If you haven't found the 'your Westfield then and now' thread in stuff and nonsense yet, take a look - it's amazing how different everyone's cars end up from the day they bought it - any plans on your upgrade list yet???

:ww:  from Essex.       Raw is the operative word here.    It's back to basics with RWD.    Just be careful in the cold conditions, traction is not what you will be used to.   Tyres are a very important part of a Westfields performance.

It's kind of a good time of year to be driving the car... I know that it will bite me at a moment's notice, so I am being extremely cautious. But I am finding that for some reason, the left rear is always the one to spin up first. Must be a tyre thing, nothing to do with 17 stone above the right rear!!

Have you got an LSD?

Posted

I am lead to believe it has an LSD, but till I get her on stands I won't know for sure. She feels like it, but being the first RWD I have driven, it's hard to tell.

Heavy right pedal always causes the left to step out first, but I dont lose forward drive. With the Megane, I feel the effects of LSD (so to speak!) much more... it is far more noticeable, but the LSD on that is a very sophisticated bit of kit.
