Where's the lodge - I doubt if we will but if it is very close and on route it would be great to see you if time allows - I have some family stuff on so need to be back reasonably early

A word or two of warning.

 

Fore Street tunnel on the A406 North Circ is closed this weekend for works. This will mean some queuing and disruption in the area. Fore Street is close to and eastbound of the A10 so if you are heading down that way you might experience some delays getting onto the A406 westbound for the Ace Café.

 

I assume though that you'll be coming down the A1 - in which case you will be fine. That's the way I'll be going so I can txt you Clark if there any major issues.

I mentioned parking - he said he cannot guarantee but as long as we leave before its gets busy with the bikes we may be able to park in the car park ? ? ?

Had a little issue as you know, puncture on the rear offside. Fortunately there is a chap round the back of the Ace off one theside roads who is open Sundays and he repaired it so we managed a little blat via the Hatfield tunnel after all
