I don't think it is an issue perhaps unless you have any exposed sharp edges. Essentially on a corner such as between the tunnel top and tunnel side panels you need a radius of 2.5mm but where two panels overlap such as the tunnel top panel to gearstick pannel they only need to be blunted just so long as the panel thickness isn't more than 3.2mm.
