Got my first track day coming up in a few weeks and i'm looking for a cheap and cheerful cam that I can stick on the roll bar.

Looking to spend less than £150, need a rollbar mount inclusive and min 720p.

Does anyone have any hands on recommendations?

Thanks! Bigron

this SJ4000 seems to get ok reviews and is much cheaper than a gopro.

Thank you both. I've hit the button on the SJ4000W (wifi version) so fingers crossed it comes in time.

Got it for £85 with 2 batteries and a 32GB SD card. Cant believe how much cheaper they are than a gopro!

I just bought a 2nd hand Canon MV 850i for  £35 off ebay

Its to replace my own one which broke the battery latch when I dropped the thing !

Cheap camera mount for the roll bar and takes superb video , 60 or 90 minutes cassettes , only problem would be the sound as the on board mike records wind noise at speed so if you want the sound you need to fit a remote mike fitted in the footwell or somewhere out of the wind
