Westfield se narrow body 1988 chassis

Hi selling my Westfield se narrow body.

1988 chassis, early 90s body work. IVA completed in 2011.

Tax exempt, 1971 k reg.

1700 cross flow webber 40s 5 speed gearbox.

1560 miles, all documents receipts etc

Loads of new parts.

Question: if it was IVA'd in 2011, how can it be tax exempt?

is it because it's a K reg?

Dvla issued paperwork with historic vehicle on the log book. Making it tax exempt. It's not suppose to be, but that's how it was done and can't be changed now.
