Infact I had another delivery from them over the same fence (but its soft and squishy clothes so okay) but I did have a card through the door this time! The 'it hasn't arrived' trick may have been a better one. They do employee 'self employed independents' so I guess its luck of the draw who you get. Still awaiting some glass replacement figures.
