Are there any pictures of the area where the cage attaches to the chassis (at the front)  and who made the cage?

It was made by Custom Cages back in 2003, and the front legs are bolted to a base plate welded around the "T" that crosses from the outer chassis rail to the tunnel - I'll try to find a photo to upload.

 

However, they completely re-designed the cage last year - it now looks and attaches very differently:
