Can anybody explain why my Profile Section in the Posts is sooooo long compared with everybody else's? It's got details of membership number and renewal dates which nobody wants to see but I can't establish how to stop them appearing, I'd like it to show my vehicle details and location only. How do I do this? Thanks in anticipation. WesteM (or should it be ThickieM?)

It's what you see others see a shortened version

Yes, as above, only you see the full version, everyone else sees the same shortened version that you currently see for them.

Please don't do what a few tried though, deleting your address details from your profile won't just stop them appearing under your avatar, its also the same info used to send you your magazine etc.

I too had wondered this, didn't know it was only me who could see that. I have tried all manor of things to shorten it, no wonder I couldn't!

As above, please read 7-9 in this link:

As Dave says, your profile info is used to generate the magazine mailing list.  If you delete it, you won't get any mags or the calendar... that you pay for! :)
