Finally got my MOT sorted today .... Yipee!

However as it was my 1st reasonable drive since buying the car, i noticed that it was over heating, got home and it was running at 110 C

Too hot for me. I know the gauge is correct because ive also fitted a west electronic temperature controller to accuratly switch the fan on/off. Thirsty...... is an understatement but i guess thats what you get with  V8 !!!

 

Next project may be a new radiator

Cooling a big V8 seams a bit of a problem in a Westfield

Only from what I've heard

I'm sure someone with first hand experience will be along soon with a few suggestions

Plenty have got it working
