Lyonspride Posted June 14, 2014 Share Posted June 14, 2014 The rules are that any pre 1998 amateur built vehicle should be tested as though its pre 1975 for the purpose of emissions testing. http://www.motinfo.gov.uk/htdocs/ It's in the car test guide, under the emissions testing flow chart.
