B.RAD Posted June 8, 2014 Posted June 8, 2014 B-e-a-utiful! You must be one happy chap. Saw one up close for the first time last weekend and as Mart can attest, I couldn't take my eyes off it! Quote
corsechris Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 That's nice. I too have a lurking desire to own one. Never will, mind, will never have the money! Many years back, I used to spend my days off at a local TVR dealership drinking their coffee and fixing some of their more obscure electrical problems. Back in the days of the Rover engined cars. The guys in the workshop were not complementary..... Still stunning to look at and great when they were working. Enjoy! Quote
dhutch Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 Very nice. Had my eye on a chimaera before now but not yet plucked up the courage as yet. Quote
Pistol Pete Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 Very nice, enjoy. Was very sad the way it all ended . Quote
Cleggy the Spyder Man Posted June 11, 2014 Author Posted June 11, 2014 Very nice, enjoy. Was very sad the way it all ended . yes - really for the wacky looks, sounds, value for money and acceleration nothing really comes close to a TVR (others will no doubt want to correct me on that statement ) - a big loss of jobs and talent and really sad for the British car industry I wonder if it would have been a different story if they had not of insisted on building their own engines?
