TVR - has landed

Cleggy the Spyder Man

Recommended Posts

After many years of suffering from an intolerable itch I have finally scratched it ....

Picked it Wednesday and already covered 400 miles - it has the 4.3 TVR Power engine so hopefully none of the legendary issues

AA membership checked

Looks stunning Cleggy

Not sure I'm quite over the TVR thing myself  I love my Westy for the Speed Series and enjoyed owning my Cerb but really wanted a convertible, so maybe I should try a Tamora for my road car  ???

Good Luck with the 350 ( keep your bank manager on speed dial though )  :d

Very nice, been looking at these myself, would love one!

Would be grateful if you could do an ownership diary, see if the bad things you hear are really true or just internet rumour :-)

Thanks chaps

BudSlater - just pm me when you are looking to buy and I will give you my experiences

Only a handful if days so far but all good - as long as you except the homemade type build quality :-)

Very nice. I've always been bummed by the fact that you can't buy them in the US. I have seen *one* TVR here in my lifetime, and that one was a Griffith.
