Westfield Parts again!

Does anyone have an email address for the managing director at Westfield?

8 weeks after paying for parts shown as stock on the website, and still haven't received them, nor can I get any straight answer from the parts department, despite many attempts to phone to resolve the issue. :(

I did exactly this when I had a problem with delays, went on and on for a while.    I ended up sending an email to the complaints email address   http://westfield-sportscars.co.uk/contact-westfield/ and Julian Turner replied the same day and parts were on the way to me quickly.  

  It has to be said though, if there is no such part in the factory and they are waiting on suppliers then there will be  further delays for you.  Nowadays if the parts are not available I just have to buy them elsewhere, sad state of affairs really, as I really want to support the company.

Just to make a positive comment - I ordered a pair of bottom ball joints at 3pm on Wednesday and they arrived this morning.  Can't fault that.
