I know it's easy for me but if we're going for a run, wouldn't a 7.30 start be better?

And if you lot have got nothing better to do, why not join the Yorkshire 8 on Sunday??  Could meet up at Emley Moor, lunch at Strines, down to Bakewell, Macclesfield, Glossop, etc.

Good run out, nice pub but can get very busy if football on, nice to see new faces.
